About the project
The data engineer will firstly be responsible for the development and maintenance of all data servers in Styx, which includes the StyxGateway, the StyxPA and the Geometry server. In addition, the data engineer will be responsible for writing a frontend for the StyxPA, suitably in some web-based JS format. The data engineer will be responsible for documenting the endpoints, and managing any database access which might be necessary.
For AI development, the data engineer would have to analyse problems and determine the best AI solution to use. The data engineer would then have to gather data, sort/validate/process this data, and use it to train an appropriate AI model. This model would then be utilised by the data servers.
